Every person has the right to work in an environment free from threats, intimidation, verbal, non-verbal, physical, or sexual harassment. Puri Mice maintains a strict zero-tolerance approach toward any form of discrimination or misconduct.

Reporting, Investigation & Accountability

Any employee who experiences or witnesses discrimination or harassment has the right to report the matter to management or an appointed representative. Reports may be submitted in writing, directly, or through our internal reporting channel, including confidential submission via email at admin@purimice.com . Anonymous reporting is permitted, and the Company guarantees protection against retaliation for any report made in good faith.

All reports are handled confidentially, objectively, and fairly. Each case follows a structured process, including complaint receipt, preliminary review, formal investigation, and final decision with appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Disciplinary measures are determined proportionally based on the severity and impact of the violation and may include warnings, mandatory training, suspension, termination of employment, contract termination with third parties, or legal action in accordance with applicable regulations.

Prevention & Governance

Puri Mice conducts regular training and awareness programs to promote ethical behavior and prevent workplace harassment. This policy forms an integral part of our Human Resources framework, is included in the Employee Handbook, and is introduced during employee onboarding.

Business Development is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy and coordinating complaint handling. The policy is effective as of its issuance date, forms part of Puri Mice’s Human Resources Policy, refers to the Company Regulation 2025 (Revision 02), and is reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with prevailing regulations and best practices.
