Twynsta International Forum 2012

Twynsta International Forum, Bali, 2012 held by Boehringer Ingelheim Singapore. This 2 days conference was attended by 120 specialist across Asia Pacific.

We coordinated with the regional office to collect participant data, i.e. rooming list, flight schedule to set hotel reservation and participant airport transfer. We handle the printing materials (presentation binder, promotion materials, and event gimmick) and all the construction (photo wall, stage & backdrop), including audio visual and multimedia, product display and promotion.
